If the claims in the editorial are true, then yes.

If in doubt, replace the word "black" with the word "white" and see how it sounds.

Anyone that doesn't advocate "equal protection" is the bad guy. The context really doesn't matter to me that much.

I really think the racist term is being over used. It appears EH displays favoritism towards one race - that is not racism. Likewise for Obama. It's not right, things should be evenly applied and no group should be favored but in reality some groups are always more favored. To call that racism is a stretch.

ViB, I usually agree with you on most points. However, calling this racism, is by no means a stretch. It's point blank racism.
