Does it seem that the Red Sox are falling apart? They are down against the Angels now and its not looking good. Could be a sweep. Is this something to worry about Red Sox Nation?

Distractions from Manny?

Maybe. But the Angels just seem to have their number this year and they are quite good. The Sox also had to deal with their top 2 pitchers.

We will see if the Angels can continue their domination when they go to the Bronx for a 4 game set this weekend, and then we'll see if its the Sox or the Angels.

The angels are the best team (record-wise) in baseball right now, the should be beating the sox, no?

But not like this at Fenway, where Boston had the best home % in baseball before the series. And with Dice K and Beckett going.

i'm with trueorange. Maybe people should finally give the Halos the respect they deserve.

PS. I despise the Angels.

Anaheim is dangerous, for sure, and at this point is the absolute frontrunner. However, once (hopefully) Manny is gone, things will get going well again, he's become a cancer in the clubhouse that needs to go, badly.

Of course, the lineup will lose alot of pop, but the club will be more cohesive.

I feel that both the Angels and Mike Scioscia are the most underrated organization and coach in Pro Sports.

It doesn't suprise me that Scioscia become such a good manager. It did, however, SHOCK me it didnt happen with the Dodger organization. Seemed like a no brainer that he was destined to be a manager someday. One of my all time favorite players, big Mike always called a good game and was a very timely hitter for a catcher.

He's my type of manager in the major leagues. He and the Angels have developed a lot of prospects throughout their organization.
