I’d say it affects us the same as it does any program. Players that don’t want to be coached hard/ want more playing time/ want to move down(or up) a level will leave, and we’ll either replace that spot with a similar player with a better work ethic, or a much more talented player with a good work ethic.I always feel like Rick Barnes is good at developing/improving players. Now with players jumping in and out, do you think it helps or hurts the program?
