Technically, it's also America's past. Ever seen Gangs of New York? Voter fraud was an even bigger issue in the 1800's.

i could see it in the 1800's but not today. i know the dems haven't forgotten their roots of voter fraud, but a judge commanding it is really bad.

I'm curious to know why one vote per person was a violation of the Voting Rights Act.

Although the village of about 30,000 residents is nearly half Hispanic, no Latino had ever been elected to any of the six trustee seats, which until now were chosen in a conventional at-large election. Most voters were white, and white candidates always won.

people not choosing to vote is not discriminatory IMO

Don't get me wrong, it's the stupidest thing I've ever heard, and one step away from telling one group they get more votes per person than another.

Who is dumb enough not to channel all their votes into *one* candidate, anyway? They are watering down their own voice if they don't.

In 1972 I voted in two precincts in Memphis and ran into one guy who was voting at both precincts and was chided for being a rank amateur, he was voting in six precincts that year and bragged that in the next election after his auntie move to Raleigh, he would be voting in seven in the next election.

This has been going on on a large scale for over forty years and is one of the main reasons we are in the shape we in are today.

This is amazing. Just amazingly ridiculous. The really sad part is that with todays liberals acting how they do, I really am not too surprised. It's too bad that I still have to work for many years before I have enough saved to move to my quiet little island.
