Perfection doesn't exist. However you should be able to see someone develope out of the groups they recruited right ? I'd quit watching football if I witnessed those three on the same sideline. I tried being positive with all three once. I don't need that in my life on repeat

We lost to UM because we didn’t play call like the Tennessee game and this game. Have no idea why! UM was a fluke game. Coaches even admitted they blew the game.

Ryan Day wanted to be a tough guy and run it down their throats. It didn't work. Someone got in his ear and told him to throw to his elite WRs.

I don't disagree, BUT it's not like there's a huge pool of great assistants and coordinators looking for a job at the same level. Those that are great are locked in pretty well and their next move is a level higher. A HC has to be careful about making reactionary, impulsive decisions with the staff. Plus, there are knowns to him that are unknowns to everyone posting here. That's really the point of the thread

Oregon is almost there.Need to make a few changes in the off season.OC WR DB coaches and probably throw some Nike money or increase ticket prices by 15 percent and fish the portal with live bait.Just my opinion
