Yeah. USC, Texas, Oklahoma, Miami, Ohio State, etc. I've noticed that these programs have no individuals. Actually, these teams are all white, with crew cuts, and work on the farm in the afternoon. Having played on state championship teams in two different sports, I'll take my athletic experience over "pre-K soccer."
