That’s the way I feel op. There’s a whole generation of younger vol fans that I’ve never seen a great fall football team. They are fans because they live here and because they are our kids and we once witnessed greatness. They deserve it. And I think it is their time. We have a young bad ass all fence a play collar at the helm and we are only getting started. Bama has an ancient old grumpy man that is at the end of his road

Hard for me to realize how the coaches and players have come together to be where we are. Losing about 30 players who transferred before Heupel got here, dealing with what was left, and adding some from the portal to look at what the team has accomplished. Unreal! Now what happens when we pick up some more really good players and hopefully some 5 stars too? Hope this coaching staff stays together. Milton throwing that deep ball--what a rocket for an arm! Gotta stay focused.

I have two boys 27 and 23. They are die hard UT fans… they deserve this and so do all the Vol fans that have endured this stretch the last 20 something years!

My sons are 17 and 14 they’ve never experienced anything like this before. It’s sad but glorious at the same time. This is a fun ride.

This exorcised a couple of demons tonight. Not just the streak of losses to Bama/Saban, but it’s the violent and emphatic end to a decade plus of the absolute worst s*** storm we could have possibly endured with incompetent Chancellors, Presidents, ADs and coaches. We finally have competence where it counts. Simply amazing night.

Dude, I almost forgot about that play considering everything else that happened. Milton launched that sucker with just a flick of the wrist. Like you or I would throw a piece of wadded up paper.

Hit Bru right in the hands also.

Hats off to the all the vol fans who weren’t born before the 90s or too young to remember the glory years. Growing up in the 90s it was much easier to be a vol fan. Really has been a grind keeping the faith all these years

I started working here in 2005. Before then, as a college football fan, I had witnessed UT's dominance from afar with no connection. I figured when I came here that I had hit the big time! Little did I know... We have taken our lumps and my kids would later be subjected to those as well, but it has all been worth it now!!!
