It’s unanimous! Tennessee vs Virginia Predictions

Thank God it's not Georgia Tech.
Scheduling GaT was STUPID. They ran a complex option offense ("flexbone") and you had to devote at least a week of practice to prepare for it. While other teams were refining their defense and making adjustments that would make them better throughout the season, we were wasting time trying to learn how to defend an offense we would never see again. Memories of seeing film of Butch's practices the week preceding the GaT game still makes me nauseous.

I enjoyed watching the Vols vs that flexbone. Why does everyone always want the easy route?

This is how other teams feel about preparing for our offense.

Laugh if you will, but the ancient Romans never entered battle without first consulting the sacred chickens that armies carried with them. True story!!!!

This is where fried chicken came from. The Romans consulted the sacred chickens just before a major battle, lost, then took their wrath out with 11 herbs and spices. Colonel Sanders stole that recipe.

If Vandy can beat Hawaii 63-7 last year, I see no reason why we can't win by the same margin. The talent gap from Vandy to Hawaii is comparable to the talent gap between Tennessee and Virginia.
