Some of the recruits of Randy Shannon's first class are starting to hit the road. Further proof that he's bringing Miami back to prominence. With some of the people he's bringing in, expect for Miami to compete for an ACC title as early as next season.

Randy is playing hardball with marve. He might compete for championships, but its rare that a coach put a stipulation into a release that states you can't go to another conference. I guess shannon suspects tampering by maybe kiffin or someone else in the sec.

If shannon has no good reason for that. I can't seeing that setting to well with future recruits.

It just like when Shaffer left UT he couldn't go to any school in the SEC or any school that UT would play in the future not unusal....Marve's feelings are just hurt because he got beat out for the starting job

With Marve's behavior, I wouldn't want him if I was Miami of Ohio. He has some serious maturing to do before he can be a threat at a major conference collegiate level.

How is that even close to the same situation? How many SEC schools is Miami going to play in the next 4 years? It would be the same if his stipulation stated that he couldn't play at an SEC or ACC school.

Do you guys have a link to the article that states Marve cant go to a SEC team? I saw the story on ESPN about him transferring, but it mentioned nothing about stipulations. Thanks!

Go to Tiger droppings. They broke this story a couple days ago. :)
