for Scotty Hopson to look like what I'd hoped he would be. He had the best game of his career. Maze had the best game of his career. Woolridge had the best game of his career. I have been extremely critical of J.P. Prince, but we don't win this game without his defense. I'm not saying CBP is a John Wooden, but he has provided the two greatest moments in Tennessee basketball history and resurrected the program. I would argue that this one was more significant than the '08 Memphis game given the extraneous circumstances. Our season outlook just became a bit brighter!

i agree. maybe we can suspend players before all big games to make sure our guys play with 100% effort and focus.

Every post in this thread can be answered with "Tyler Smith is no longer here". Say what you want, but every guy on that team was limited by Tyler Smith being there. Not only did he limit playing time, but guys didn't play up to their full potential because they were too worried about getting Tyler Smith the ball or letting Tyler do his thing. Basketball is a TEAM sport and that is now what we have. Great team win. Go VOLS!!!!
