Over the past three years many on here would call me a NegaVol. I prefer realistic. Well it works both ways for me, the reality is we are still mathematically eligible to win the East and play for the conference championship. Do I think it will happen, would I bet even ten dollars on it, not even cover the spread? No, but I want our team to feel they can win, that they individually and collectively can match up with anyone and on any given day can win. As long as the team believes that is what matters. So until it's over it ain't over!

That's one thing you can see this yr is that they play with more confidence than they have in yrs. I hate to keep bringing it up but Dooley killed this team.

Most pessimists do... and they are all 100% wrong. A pessimist is no more a "realist" than the most rosy optimist in the world.

I feel much more confident with Jones. I'm looking forward to seeing how this team grows over the next few years, but for today I hope to god they beat Georgia. :)

Wish we could have had this defense last year. They may not be spectacular but they are doing their job. Can't blame the Oregon blowout or the Florida loss on them when the offense is running the same 3 plays and not even doing that effectively.

As Yogi said" when you come to a fork in the road, take it". Today is when the Vols take the fork in the road.
