I am pumped after a big Vol win today. Where is everybody? No Saturday night party?

Well, I guess we can talk about how the cubs are going to sweep the cardinals this week. Or how adkins is going to pitch the game of his life tommorrow to get us past GT.

Atkins has the physical tools, I just worry about him being mentally ready since he is a freshman. He seemed to do fine in the Regional though. I think it's a lot tougher away from home.

I am not real worried. If he gets in a groove, can't nothing distract him while he is on the mound. We are going to need about 3 runs tommorrow, but I just don't know if we can get it off of GT.

I was only able to catch the last 2 innings of the game today, but it sure did look fun. Wish I was there. I am sure that you are having a blast aren't ya freak?

The last two innings were the best part of the game. It's been a great day. I am having lots of fun. I am still trying to get over the guy handing me the Braves tickets for free. Good timing I guess.

I hate that BVF had to leave. I know he had talked about he and some vol fans meeting at the Varsity before the game tomorrow.

you got braves tickets for FREE???? I don't really like the braves but anytime you get to go to a mlb game for free has got to be great.

I lucked out. I figured the guy was just trying to get rid of some upper level tickets or something but like I said they turned out to be box seats, dugout level behind home plate. It was a blast.

I am glad you are having fun freak. Have some for me. I spent the early part of my day in the hospital and the other half cleaning algae and other things out of the pool...

Well, we just opened it back up today. The bottom is nothing but green and black algae. It's great and my allergies love it too..

Take your camera to the braves game?

Ya know, I didn't take my camera to either game. When I got to the Braves game I wished I had it with me. I have it in the room here but with the rain and all I decided not to take it. I guess I should have a weatherproof bag or something.

with all this high tech camera equipment and you dont have a waterproof bag? :wacko:

I don't know that I would call my equipment "hi-tech". But the thought of a waterproof bag never occured to me before today.

Whenever I dont' have my camera I miss some great shots and whenever I do have it, I can't buy a good shot. I have just started carrying one of my smaller digitals with me everywhere I go..

I probably should have brought a smaller digital. Problem is that the ones I have are 2 or 3x zoom and it's hard to get any shots. Although I could have got some great shots when I walked over by the vols dugout after the game.
