I think the players haven't built team chemistry yet. There is always 1 person leaving and 1 person coming in.

Some coaches can maintain that chemistry by managing and recruiting similar styles of players. That's the key for sure.

We will recruit players and go "he got game" and not really put into effort how that players personal style will change everyone else.

CCM needs to make sure these players KNOW their roles. I think he's starting to figure out.

Also, I read before that Coach Webster is a coach that likes to push the ball more. Are CCM and Webster on the same page?

What makes the loss even worse is that Xavier was playing without 1 starter due to injury and 1 key player off the bench was out as well. We were totally unprepared and I put that on the coaches.

It's just the first game, but Martin's biggest problem as a coach has always been his identity on the offensive end of the court.
He has 29 more games to find it.
If he can't at least back into the dance this season he'll be gone, so relax and let ur play out.

What are you talking about?? C Martin is 39-29, 0 tourney appearances and yes almost all of these kids are his recruits. He's looking like the Dooley of Basketball. Wasnt he a Hamilton hire too?
