Most of us on this board (male Vol fans) would give our left testicle to be 8-4 and above avg. I think Mullen will make the East a two way battle with UGA before long. He’s coaching FLA up pretty well with a few problem areas...which he will fix.

I agree that Florida is not a good football team. They’re pretty terrible and haven’t been good in quite a while. They stumble their way drunkenly through every season though and stay on their feet. Tennessee, however, is in horrendous shape. There is no reason for these players and these coaches to be this bad, but they are. I’m just not sure it can get better....ever.

Agreed. Just like Dobbs did during Butch tenure. If we had a Justin Fields or hell even the kid from Boise St (true freshman) we at worse 3-1 and this game is much closer. At this point we should start Mauer for the rest of the season and beg Harrison Bailey to stay committed bc he will be the starter as a true freshman next year.

I still can't for the life me understand why we, at the 4th game of the season, are still alternating offensive lineman. I've never seen this before in my life this late in a season when injury is not a factor.

Florida is a crappy team. They beat a bad Miami team and barely survived Kentucky. Both team played Florida a lot closer than we did. What is the excuse for only putting up 3 points?

Pretty exceptional Florida team with a QB that had not played a game since first
year of high school. Also hired a proven HC unlike Tennessee that always hires a goofus.
