Keep an eye out for Ohio State. I know where they are ranked so it's no big earth shattering deal if they go to the playoff, etc.

I just saw Urban's team lose in 2008 and all of a sudden hit their stride and begin beating the snot out of people the rest of the way.

In 2014, Ohio State lost....took about a month to find themselves and then just started rolling.

Well....after losing to Penn State, Ohio State (damn the competition) has put the hammer down.

Just something to keep in mind.

I thought they struggled for 2 wks

I don't think they have enough to beat Alabama in the end

I hate OSU but hope they clobber Harbaugh

Normally I would as well. But I can just hear ESPN and the Big 10 world talking about how much both OSU and Mich deserve to be in the championship playoff if that were to happen.

OSU has the better offense. Michigan has the better defense. Will be an interesting game.

Herbstreit and Kornheiser were campaigning like fan boys in 2006 that OSU and Michigan meet in the national championship game again for a rematch. Then Florida destroys OSU, and USC destroyes Michigan...lol...

Won't happen as one of them will have 2 losses. The loser is out.

If OSU wins, and PSU wins out (very likely), the PSU goes to BIG10 title game instead of OSU. Question is, could the committee have see a scenario where the winner of that game and OSU both go to the final four. Really likely if VT or UNC were to knock off Clemson in ACC title game...then question is do you plug in Louisville or perhaps a 2-loss Oklahoma wins out (beating a top 15 WVU and Ok State).

Bama is not going to lose...unless some other top 5 team plays at 100% and has a lot of luck.

The loser of that game would have two losses and wouldn't be playing in the conference championship game. They ain't getting in!

99, how do Gators fans feel about Meyer nowadays? I know he hasn't been in Gainesville for 6 seasons now. But is there still a major "what if" feeling around him and where the program would be if he had stuck around?

I can't answer for him but I can tell you I really have never cared. What's the offense, anyway? That he lied about why he left and then took another job??

Oh, well. Darn him.

I seriously do not get the outrage over it.

One of your own said it best. You comprehending is a whole other matter.

Least to most penalties:
Kentucky
Auburn
Vanderbilt
LSU
Ol Miss
S. Carolina
Arkansas
Miss St.
Alabama
TENNESSE
Texas A and M
Georgia
Mizzu
Florida

Not sure where the whole "Alabama gets all the calls" comes from

I think many UF fans feel Meyer overstayed his welcome, because he was obviously distracted throughout the entire 2010 season.

It would have been nice had Meyer remained in Gainesville AND stayed completely dialed in, but some personal decisions were made that...let's just say I understand why everything played out as it did.

The man brought us a couple national titles, so I'm grateful for that.

I always thought Ron Zook should have gotten a recruiting coordinator championship ring for that first title. Cupboard was overflowing for Meyer.

I thought you were going to say Meyer is about to have "chest pains" after losing to Penn St and move to Oregon to coach.
