Izzo and Michigan State

I'd love to see UT go in that direction. Not just the success in March but the cool things they get to do. The BasketBowl games in 03 and 08, the Carrier Classic last year on the USS Carl Vinson, and this year in Germany. I know you don't get to participate in those things without success but talk about extra recruiting help in doing so when you get to play in new and exciting places. Do you see Martin being the type of coach open to things like this if UT is approached? I'd assume it would be his decision.

Not to turn this thread into an Izzo vs Martin game, but I will take Izzo 10 out of 10 times. No disrespect to CCM either because he's our coach and I love that about him. However, Izzo has 2 national titles, six Final Fours, and seven conference titles.

Yup. Same reason Notre Dame can play in Ireland I guess. Either way, Martin will have us there with time.
