This may have already been posted, couldn't find it, but saw Mr Smith getting a lot of "air time" on the first episode of Hard Knocks by not backing down to a Vet in practice and then letting another Vet O lineman pummel him in the helmet several times and telling him not to bring that weak &*(%...... He was personally interviewed after the altercation on the field after practice and said "these guys don't realize where I came from and that they think I'm supposed to back down to them because I'm a rookie..... I don't back down to anyone!"
Watching the whole thing play out it looked as though Smith was being a little over the top and cocky because there are unwritten rules in NFL training camp, but I still kind of liked how matter of fact he was about it not being a matter of desrespect, but simply that he didn't back down to anyone.... VFL

Falcons putting on a show for the cameras. That team was baby soft last year, doubt anything has changed.

His best play ever was against GA his Freshman year.. smashing the RB in the back field, even Bob got excited and actually quick eating for a few moments

Probably another scripted 'reality' TV moment. But it was fun to watch.

He talked smack and then got punked by the big guy. I hoped he makes the team.

This is an OL vs a lb. Nothing to see here , see if the same guy will do that to say Suh. Very highly doubt the scrub online can handle someone his own size. Jaq, did not swing like the big fella. Would have been cool though if Jaq would have busted an uppercut to the chin strap.

Ooltewah is hardcore. They don't know who they're messing with.

Looked to me like got his ass beat. While Smith was busy running his mouth, "big country" was busy throwing hands.

If you actually watched the show, Hawley went crying to the rest of the O-line after JS wouldn't back down from him.
"Did you see that Rookie talking crap to me ???" The entitlement just oozes out of that crybaby weakling. He is one of the reason the Falcons O-lone sucked so bad last year... and he literally runs back to the huddle crying that he's not getting respect !
Then "big country" as you called him... starts punching him in the face mask a few plays later. JS was smart not to retaliate or he would be gone from camp. (Just listen to the commentary about him tonight, you would think he was in the MMA !)
Then a veteran comes up to JS after all was settled and says "Yo don't EVER let nobody swing on you".
JS is just trying to make a team and the B!tch @ss Falcon O-line can't handle him (which tells you all you need to know about them) so they start cheap shotting him knowing he can't retaliate...

Sh!tty O-line, Low life scrub players, entitlement attitude players = Terrible Falcons leadership.

Matt Ryan can't even keep his own room !

How could Harry Douglas ever afford a house like that? Indoor palm tree in swimming pool? He is a 3WR.
