Reminds me of Chris Brown at Colorado. People forget how good he was at CU.

Tall with an upright running style.

Great stuff.

I thought the same thing, I kept looking at the bottom of the screen for the DL's name but they kept the OL's name up the whole time. And he was getting TOASTED.

i think it was because he is a 2015 recruit going against 2014 guys...but still he was looking at henderson's backside on every play...

truth is...hurd is a running back. he won't play lb or te for us. he will still manage to put on 15 lbs in the next year and a half...will he be great? maybe. good? yep.

Just imagine how many combo sets can be run by putting him in motion to the outside vs. a linebacker. The possibilities for someone this big and talented are definitely endless.

I imagine Coach Bajakian drawing up plays into the morning, occasionally stopping to throw head back and emit an evil laugh.

With this offense, Hurd is the dream back because the versatility is going to kill people. You pack the box with your run-stoppers, we'll put Hurd in motion and no huddle you breathless. You try to stop us from playing pitch and catch, we'll run Hurd up the gut until you bleed.

Also important to note, Cincy averaged 5.3 yards per carry last year, so Bajakian knows how and when to pound the rock.

We averaged 4.7 in 2012. Bama averaged 5.6. One more yard per carry, almost.

Do you think Derrick Henry would not play RB here at 6'3 240? I think he gets movedvat Bama but only because they are stacked but bama guys say even though he got hurt, he put those rumors away because he was impressing so much at RB. Just sayin if your 6'3 240 and can play rb at alabama right now, you can anywhere. Jmo

Last recruiting cycle I was seeing all those "Derrick Henry would move to LB at the next level" comments. I didn't know much about him. But after seeing him in the Army All-star game...... that kid is a BEAST at RB.

I'm thinking TE for him, I cant imagine him staying that size and being a RB.

Buddy you need to layoff the pipe and put it down. I know for a 110% fact this kid will be a running back. And also have been told by multiple people that he will be the guy to be the running back. Asked Jamal Lewis about being a TE and I bet CFP never told him he would play TE however I think a certain school recruited as a TE.

So much hate for giving my opinion .. A picture of him beside Henderson (they look to be almost identical size) and several people say Henderson has the frame to put on 30 pounds and be a beast at DE but everyone thinks that Hurd will stay 6'3" 230'ish .. It wont suprise me if by the time he hits campus he is almost 6'5.

If that happens CBJ and CCM will have either a raffle pick or fist fight to decide who gets Hurd as a player.
A case of putting your foot down or being a basket case, I suppose.

I respect your enthusiasm for Hurd. But it's not like he's Jamal Lewis or Travis Henry.
