Jalen Rose exposes Skip Bayless for lying on the air

From Skip's Wiki page:

"Bayless attended Northwest Classen High School, where he averaged 1.4 points a game as a senior playing his first year of varsity basketball, and scored the least number of points of any player on the squad.[1]. In April 2012, Bayless received some criticism following his claim on Twitter that he was the starting point guard for the Northwest Classen team that won the Oklahoma state championship in 1970.[2]. Appearing on "ESPN First Take", Bayless' ESPN colleague and former NBA player Jalen Rose challenged Bayless' claim, citing the facts that Bayless had averaged just 1.4 points as a senior, and that Bayless' senior season was his first and only season playing on the varsity team.[1] The website "Sports by Brooks" also produced a copy of March 15, 1970 edition of "The Sunday Oklahoman", which included a box score of the Oklahoma state championship game. The stat line for Bayless includes 0–0 FG, 0–0 FT, 0 points, 0 assists, and 0 rebounds.[3]."

Too bad the video doesn't include the lie itself. I would have liked to have seen the entire exchange.

I'll watch PTI once a week maybe, but that's about it as far as regular ESPN programming.

I like Wilbon. I'll listen to best of mike and mike podcast while I'm at work. And I am fairly okay with Colin Cowherd when he's actually doing radio and I listen to his Herd Podcast, not being on sportsnation.

Solution: stop watching espn. Has worked wonders for me.

This. I've maybe watched a collective hour of non live sports programming on ESPN over the last year. I feel cleansed.

Although I don't really personally care for Skip, he's just there to stir things up. The joke is on the people who don't realize this. ESPN loves how he gets under people's skin and pay him handsomely for it. This is the same company that employs Colin Cowherd people.
