Figured I'd post for some positivity. The Giants were down 20-0 at halftime and came out of halftime with a bomb to Hyatt in the first play...

And then he made this really clutch catch as they were mounting a come back...

Anyway, it was great to see him break out a little. Lead the team in receiving yards on only 2 catches. He is an absolute baller, who I think we all miss a little more than we thought we would, especially coming off of lasts nights game.

Just reminds you how much talent we lost this year even in our deepest position group (WR). Losing Jalin and Tillman is no joke. Probably with the exception of Bru none of the WRs on yesterday's roster will play on Sunday let alone be an impact player early in their NFL career.

Way too early to speak for all the receivers. You would have said the same thing about Hyatt 3 years ago

I think both Squirrel and Thornton prove you wrong.

"He can't run routes." "His speed is his only tool." "Can't catch passes in traffic." "He's a system receiver."

Just remember Hyatt's performance today, and his many great performances to come, the next time you hear some idiot "draft expert" flapping their fat mouth about evaluating people. Those morons don't know half the time either. They're just paid to act like they know.

Unlike some others on here, I see the potential of Daniel Jones as a functional franchise QB, but either he or Daboll or both need to get their heads out of their azz and feed their weapons…ALL not just Barkley.

The experts didn't say any of that. Some internet blowhards did. As soon as you realize it, it doesn't matter. He still wasn't a first round guy regardless.
