I think he's done after this year. posted this on Twitter :
" I've beaten Vandy twice, Ole Miss once, and Kentucky once. Time to get these last two."

Yeah he's done no doubt about it. We are going to lose basically the entire offense.

I feel bad for these guys, that they signed on to play and have success, and they've been screwed over by a coaching staff that didn't know how to turn them into successful players. However, I am grateful that all of them wanted to play for Tennessee. Just sad that they didn't get the coaching and the victories they deserved and worked hard for.

This is why they must cut the cord and stop leaving the fans, players and recruits hanging. Announce Dooley is done and that the search is on. I don't care if he coaches the last 2 or makes Chaney the interim HC. Just turn the damn page and make a move soon.

There are 3 other SEC teams looking for a new coach, too. Got to get out in front of that if we don't want to get stuck out....with left overs.

The ship's sinking. Get off or have fun rearranging deck chairs.
It was sinking after the KY loss last year. Hart knew this ship was sinking after not only seeing that debacle, but watching 7 staff members (80%) bail, knowing Dooley's fate was inevitable.

That just shows they had a lot more sense than Hart. After they left he should have cut the cord and started afresh, and hired HIS man.

If the right coach is hired, a lot of these young men could be reinvigorated and decide to stay. Right now, a dark cloud is hanging over the Hill, but that doesn't mean it will stay that way. The right guy can give a lot of these players a good reason to stay.

I feel terrible for these players. You come to UT expecting to play at one of the best schools in the country (tradition wise) and you get screwed by a coach who doesn't know how to lead the players in a winning direction.

The amount of players UT will lose will be staggering imo. The only way you see players staying is with a great coaching hire.

Eh, i think you are reading into it too much.

^^^^ I concur with this. ^^^^

Too many people around here try to spin things the way they choose to see them.

His post could also mean that he's determined to do all he can to Win these last 2 games and try to play in a Bowl game.

We'll all know soon enough about the fate of CDD and this coaching staff and what our players that are Juniors will decide to do and if they'll be back at Tennessee next season or not.

I hope most of these kids will make smart decisions and NOT lose many Millions of $$$ by trying to make it in the NFL too soon.

For most of them their 1st NFL contract could be the only NFL contract they'll ever get so getting drafted as high as they can is extremely important.

Whatever any of our Vols players decide to do with their future I wish them all the best and say THANK YOU for the time you spent wearing our beloved Vols football uniforms!!!
