I mean Fulmer did have Sanders as RB coach while Graham played. So while most credit goes to the obvious connection of Graham and the head coach that hired him, I guess there’s a tiny amount of merit here.

Nope. He was AD at Tennessee when Sanders was hired. Fulmer was an advisor when the Bucs brought back football and they hired Torbush, which was a disaster
