Jay Graham has done an admirable job as rb coach

He will return, but might be the only one. I think Pittman has done a good job as well.

Pittman and Graham should be hold overs for whoever the new coach is. Both are solid coaches and excellent recruiters. And Graham is a UT alum that took a lateral job to come back to his alma mater.

It seems the combo of Pittman and Graham have dramatically improved our run game. I would hate to see them go (as alum) when the new coach gets here.

One of the failures of the team is that we didn't run it enough at the right times. We had a lot of second and threes where we chose to go long with a pass. Getting first downs is how you win football games and we failed at that a few games because of abandoning the running game.

Losing Jay Graham would be terrible. Hopefully when he signed it was under the condition that if Dooley got canned he would get to stay.
