Thats what I've heard. He's playing it close, though. There was an article about him going to wanting to go to Miami, but his family thought it wasn't a good fit.

Am I the only one who thinks Luc is a little bit over-rated?? I mean, he's a physical specimen for sure, but in his film he looks a step or two slow. His explosion is really good and, don't get me wrong, I'd definately love to have him. But I'm not going to roll out the red carpet for a LB. All I care about this recruiting season is getting 1-2 SEC caliber QBs and as many 300lb'ers as we can to fill all the holes we're about to have in our O-line.

Again, if Luc commits I'll be happy but I mean come on.

I agree to an extent.

Luc is a beast, but I'm not sure he would be the ideal fit for us.

We do need some LBs though, and it would make a huge statement.

On being over rated, #8 prospect overall and only 5* ILB out there. I'll take rivals perception over yours.

Luc is the best LB in the last 3 yrs and thats saying something... I have waited 3 months for this thread, south Fl guy, defense, Monte- etc... this Dude is for real. We got a visit but I dont see it happening, really disapointing though. We have gotten all those big bad fish that swim around the monster fish, now here is THE monster and :rock:we dont want him ? Sounds like were afraid we cant get him ? Which of course is absurd because we get any defensive guy we want ....right ???

The dude can definitely hit.....but I dont know about that statement.

I would love to get a visit from him, but some of those other schools mentioned in that blog as visits just dont seem realistic to me. Would this kid honestly want to look at Duke or Kentucky?

I bet Monte and Gran are all over him. Gran recruits Florida, and Monte could make this guy one of the Best LBs ever. (Key word- COULD). I respect Jeff's decision though, wherever he goes I will be a fan of him even at Florida. Kid is a monster and a competitor.
