yeah, it was yesterday - but I don't spend 24 hours/day on the boards and didn't see it mentioned in a quick scan of topics and figured if I'd just come across it probably some others in the same boat.

yup. as of right now, Rivals has UF in first with 2925 pts for 25 recruits, 4x5*s and 16x4*s; Texas in second with 2730 pts, 2x5*s and 19x4*s. bama and auburn ~ 400 pts back with what appears to be full classes.

Texas is going to have a scary defense, and the way that Gilbert played in the NC (2nd half) is a sign that they are going to still be pretty damn good.

Not as far as the rankings go because Texas's class is now done while Florida will take at least two with the possibility of four more players. Scout and Rivals have updated their rankings and Florida's been on top of ESPN since before the all-star game wave of recruits. they are ranked #1 and will stay that way on all three. Texas will finish a very strong #2.
