They are HIS recruits and attitude on the squad should be more in line with the word TEAM going forward. That in itself is worth several 5*.

Did everyone notice that Coach mentioned being from winning teams several times? It is obvious to me he buts importance on coming from "winners" and have a winning attitude. To me, that means he is trying to change this teams mind set from the state it was in when he came here, which he has mentioned from early on.
