We are working on a few kids...don't know about Eskridge.

Velus Jones (AL) and Marquez Callaway (GA) come to mind as the top targets right now. Donnie Corley (MI) is in that group too.

Kyle Davis plays it pretty close to the vest but I honestly think we're 3rd there. And with Mecole Hardman it's pretty much a done deal that he picks UGA (barring some major coaching changes). Dee Anderson (TX) seems sold on LSU but we are working on him.

The darkhorse is the kid from CA, McKinnley. He is a star and I think he visited with his family recently so we have a decent shot there.

Why would any 5* kid consider UT after witnessing this pathetic offense this season?

Why would any new fan heretofore uncommitted to any team consider cheering exclusively for the vols after witnessing the pathetic fanbase the last decade?

At least a portion of the fanbase

Tennessee is basically even with Alabama in total offense (423 to 422 yards per game) vs similar schedules. We have a few more yards rushing and they have a few more yards passing. Points per game are in our favor. Great post!

If he would consider UK then he'll consider pretty much anyone. I figured he'd decommit, even before this last negative stretch. He committed in June, when UK had a lot of momentum. Most of the other guys were 16/17. Eskridge realized he has lots more options to consider and a lot more time. Good choice for him.
