The car cost more than the house.

A brand new, base model Camaro is about the same price as a brand new, modestly equipped Nissan Altima. Not a huge deal.

Looks like a 2LT, not an SS. Probably cost about 25,000K? Either way, Not a bad ride.

Yeah kids these days are buying uncool, slow crap like this. Whatever happened to buying sweet badass rides like camrys, altimas, accords, and tauruses. Kids these days just don't get it I guess.

New Camaros are complete crap. If somebody gave me one (even an SS) I'd probably take it out for a day of ruining it for funsies then strap a brick to the accelerator and pointing it at the edge of a cliff. Quite possibly one of the worst sports/pony/muscle/POS whatever you wanna call its I've ever driven.

Model year number 1 of that series. Lets relax and see what they do in the second model year.

Also, you are exaggerating.

Yeah, we know European and Japanese cars are vastly superior, blah, blah, blah. You've made your feelings about American cars well known.

What are you talking about, dude?! Put a turbo, nice wheels, a badass hood scoop, some awesome body kit on an Accord. Yeah, that's a freaking legit car.

People who do the same crap to new Camaros are douchebags with more money.

I'm sorry you feel that way buddy. Don't get you all butt hurt over it! I'm really sorry she left you for a "douchebag" in a Camaro. Just install a bigger coffee can muffler, put a mean carbon fiber wing on the back, and have Paul Walker sign the dash and she'll fall in love with that Altima all over again.:loco::loco:

Just messin with ya man!

 I've made more than a couple of them mad by clowning them on the freeway in this old beauty of mine:

"You just got your a$$ handed to you by a 1990 Toyota sedan"

New owner dyno'd it at 420bhp. Gutted, lightweight monster. Mutilator of posers in Camaro SS, Mustang GT, WRX STi and the like.

Very nice. A Pacific Northwest panty dropper. You would be laughed out of an Asian Studies class if you were in the South.

The best reaction I got from girls on that thing was "curious." That car wasn't a panty dropper, and I never had intention for it to be. I've got a nice Lexus SC400 that does the trick for that. :)

Hmmm.. So when you say "Clowning them" did they know you were trying to race them or were they just cruising down the freeway minding their own business and you just jumped on the gas trying to prove something? Just asking?

Maybe his parents had saved money for him to go to school, and bought the car for him after he got a scholly??
I had a friend in hs that had that happen, his parents used the money they had saved and bought him a nice new ride after he got a full ride to play ball...or so they said! It was a small D2 school tho, so I doubt they were buying cars for players.
