Historically as close as anyone will ever get to telling an accurate story.
The above comment about it being slow, is probably going to be true if you expect Young Guns 3.

Soundtrack shoulda won an Oscar. Cinematography did.

Just drink some whiskey and watch Tombstone like a big boy.

A good movie though..

My opinion of whether it's good or not doesn't hinge on 'action'. Just grabbed it to watch one day when I go into the man cave and want the baby mama's to leave me alone.

Just wanted a man flick to watch other than Brokeback Mountain.

I think I've watched Tombstone before, not as an adult, tho...

I'll add that to my man cave watch list during the not enough sports to watch season.

I call it MCWLDTNESTWS for short.

Is Tombstone where Clint Eastwood says "Make my day?" Or where somebody makes somebody dance, shooting at their feet? What about towards the beginning I remember somebody hanging from a tree??? Idk...

I didn't care much for Brad Pitt's portrayal of Jesse James, but the rest of the cast was solid, specifically Casey Affleck. It's mind blowing how much better of an actor he is than his brother, yet with maybe 1/5 of the acclaim.

I don't think there is a film out yet that addresses his KGC (Knights of the Golden Circle) background or it's relevancy to his legacy, in regards to the war or during his outlaw years.
