Jets win. It's now official, Tom Brady is human and the league has caught up to Bill Belichick.

or that rex ryan is a defensive genius and that now all the jets needed to make their team good was a good coach

....and that they're inherited the ravens defense

Boy was I wrong. Jones and Washington looked a step off today, BUT... Anybody think the Jets win the AFC East this year?

possible. I want to see a game though where someone is able to break through their D and the offense has to score alot to win before i predict anything too major

I know Brady was out for a year, but you don't think the freakin' Pats are decent enough proof?

Titans next week with a decent rushing attack and Saints the week after (that ought to be a great game), but IMO Jets don't seem to have any real tests 'til towards the end of the season. @ NE, vs. Carolina (can Delhomme get back on track?), vs. ATL, @ Indy.

I didnt say a case when they faced a good offense, they did that and stopped them today - but that's more on coach rex ryan and the defense.

I'm talking about a game where the offense has to score alot of points to win and sanchez and the offense have to step up and make alot of big plays and scores, etc - game placed on the offense's shoulders

....saints could be first showing of that (titans wont, as the former ravens D coordinator ryan knows how to completely shut down fisher's offense....and that pass defense is giving up over 300 yards a game)

If there's any one coach in the league I trust to bring the same high-quality crushing D without fail, every game of the season, it's Rex Ryan. My guess is that Sanchez is going to have extremely few situations like the one you're talking about.
