I've ordered it and should be arriving within the week. Came out in 1991. Won several awards. I do remember seeing it back then. Seems as though that movie created many conspiracy theorists related to the assassination.

IIRC, there was someone who was over/involved in the sealed records, maybe regarding the Warren Commission. While in the car, his daughter questioned him about the accuracy of the movie and due to that, he decided to release records related to the assassination.

I do remember the movie being extremely good and everything in it seemed plausible. Many great actors including my favorite, Kevin Costner. Also, Tommy Lee Jones, Donald Sutherland and others.

I loved that movie until i did more research, it was basically a fantasy by oliver stone. He took so many "creative liberties" it became a movie about his hopes of what he wanted to happen. He left out alot of stuff that disapproved the conspiracy
