He had a great college gig already and left for the NFL for the challenge. 99.99% he wouldn't go back to college before he get's the pros out of his system.

I think turning UT around is a bigger challenge.

I think turning UT around is a bigger challenge.

Bigger challenge than turning Stanford into a winner?

He's already making around 5 mil a year, would take a lot of $ to get him to leave.

He's also demonstrated a preference for West Coast jobs.

Why don't we see if Bill Belichick is interested while we're at it.

You ask for serious replies only, but surely this isn't a serious thread...right?
I'm going to start one about Mike Tomlin next. We are just naming all the good coaches now, I guess.

Serious reply is that there is no reason or no way in hell he would want to leave where he is. Also, there isn't a single tie to UT or even the south.

Well...his father did coach the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers years ago, I do believe...

I don't even know where to begin on describing how utterly ridiculous the OP sounds even asking that, much less getting the courage to actually typing it. SMH, put the crack pipe down.

Harbaugh had a good thing going at Stanford and jumped to the NFL the first chance he had. He is very successful with the 49ers and is making some serious jack. He wouldn't come back to college football even if we were willing to make him the highest paid coach in the country. This is truly a pipe dream.
