The indirect connection to UTs demise is JIM MORA! Interesting twist and article on Jim Mora's firing and Pete Carrolls being named Seahawks HC, Led to Kiffin bolting to USC.

Jim L. Mora's best season as the HC of the Falcons was in 2004, where he went 11-5 before losing to the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC Championship game.

Kevin Bacon is from Philly, and recently wrote a song titled "Philly Thing", which became the motto for the 2022 Eagles Super Bowl Squad.

Just imagine if UT would have replaced Fulmer with Troy Calhoun or Gary Patterson. Probably would have one a natty with them.

3. Peyton Manning once voiced a character in the 2017 animated movie "Ferdinand."
4. The main character in "Ferdinand" was voiced by John Cena.

Someone in the offices actually agreed to a HC contract with only $800K as a buyout in year #1! But, back to our regularly scheduled programming.

This implies that the demise of UT, or more accurately the šŸ’© show that was the past decade+, was caused by Kiffin. When in reality it was caused by malfeasance of the highest order at the top. Hamilton, Hart, etc. combined with terrible chancellors, lead by Jimmy Cheek, are the real reasons we had the mess we were in. At the time I hated Kiffin for leaving, but looking back, I canā€™t blame the guy for taking what he perceived as his dream job. What I can blame are the next steps Hamilton and others took in replacing Lane.
