I have a lot of confidence in Dorsey. I think he will hire a decent coach. Looks like Johnson was involved with bringing Dorsey in, so I think that's a good sign. (He was affiliated with the Browns in 2017, but looks like he got some kind of promotion and came on full time this past summer, and plans to stick around for a good while - from the articles I've read: Who is JW Johnson? Jason La Canfora says he’ll play a key role in the Browns’ reshuffling Browns' succession plan: All in the family) One can only hope Haslam and Johnson will allow Dorsey to be the main guy in picking the next head coach.

It would be classic Browns if they hired Marvin Lewis, though.

Looking at his resume on that article, he looks like a classic "I married into my job opportunities". Associate producer at CBS, to a sales manager with Pilot Flying J, to founding a media company that primarily does work for Pilot Flying J and the Browns. Now Jimmy sits him on the coaching search committee because he wants a a definite 'yes man' at his disposal.

I won't be surprised one bit if they screw this coaching search up, and Dorsey ends up leaving for another GM position.

Didn't Bruce Arians say he wanted to coach the Browns? I wouldn't think even Haslam is clueless enough to go after Marvin Lewis. I can see them going after McCarthy though. They may be better off just keeping Williams though.

Would be a mistake to get rid of Williams IMO, give him a 2 year contract, he's got this team rolling.

Nope, I don't keep track of the Browns. Thanks. Kitchens, Freddie Kitchens? LOL
Just stack it on top of the other team’s weirdness. Elway reinvents with a 60 year old lifetime DC and Arizona fires a first year guy for losing then hires a coach with an all-time losing record in COLLEGE.
