In reference:

A few of us had noticed his visit on Letterman back in February.....seems it had a artful purpose. Although there is no admission of his retirement from acting being staged or his Hip-Hop career being a cover. This film "seems" to have been the cornerstone for the collection unusual events.

I remember this story sometime last year. Some people that Phoenix had gone off the deep end. But others noticed there were camera crews following him and said he was doing some work for a new movie or mockumentary.
