Glad to see the Vice Pres has found something so useful to do during his time.

The Feds shut down nine websites that shows streaming movies and TV shows for free.Honestly im pretty ticked because one of those sites i went to often.

Piracy initiative cracks down on nine websites | delawareonline.com | The News Journal

John Morton, the assistant secretary of Immigration and Customs Enforcement knows where to hold serious business press conferences..

"If a site reappears, so will we. If the criminals move overseas, we will follow," he said at a press conference on the studio lot of The Walt Disney Co.

Im sure now with that extra 2% recovered profit now they wont be forced to make crappy remakes, right?
I just wish these studio exes would get a clearer picture of how technology has changed how we digest our entertainment now. Do you know how many shows or movies i have been turned on to by watching them online first? Exposure to your product will bring in money if it is worth buying. If i like a TV show or a movie on here, im going to go out and buy the season dvd set or see the movie at theaters. It's considered stealing, yet if i go out and fork over 12 bucks to see The A Team and i want my 2 hours and money back, all the sudden the playing field changes. Such greedy slimy people..

Another good article on the shutdown.

Everything will be monopolized thru Amazon or Itunes.

I never would of known how awesome Deadwood or Aqua Teen hunger force was if it weren't for streams, I also wouldn't of purchased the complete volumes of each.

They are short sighted as hell.
