He only has 5 losing seasons in 45 seasons coaching. That's downright impressive. Just a small stat that I found.

I'm to lazy to look it up, how many have been since they came to the Big 10? The guy can coach and motivate, there is no doubting that fact.

Coach in name only, and they've been pretty mediocre for the last decade. The competition definitely ramped up once try joined the b10.

The man loves being on the sideline though. That's probably where he's gonna croak.
