Prayers for you all JoeShe's upset, mostly about being away from us. She keeps saying she's lonely, and she's tired (of all of this). My heart hurts, literally. Not like I'm worried I'm having a heart attack or something, but there's literally been that feeling like when you lose someone. I know she's still here, and hopefully will be home soon, but it still hurts that bad not being able to do anything.
Well, not great news. Numbers are still higher than when they admitted her. Not coming home until they figure out the bacteria, and get the numbers down. Blood is good right now, but bad bacteria growing in her urine that they're trying to figure out. Also got a result back on the infection in the wound, one result is positive for ecoli. It was only in the cut though, still one test pending, I assume for staph. Ugh.

Keep the good news comin Joe!Little update, numbers have dropped again, so if it keeps going she'll get to come home tomorrow, and have to do treatment. They're gonna try to get home health to come to our house and do it. She does have a superficial blood clot in her arm. They did an ultrasound on her arms and legs, because of laying so much. They're treating it, but not concerned because of it.
She still is.View attachment 360019
She wasn't wanting a picture because she's been here so long, but she's still gorgeous to me!
Oh my gosh, I am so happy to hear this!At the hospital to get my girl! Said she's feeling better, and hopefully this 2 weeks coming of treatment will help. Maybe after that we'll see if the surgery has helped. It has helped her pain already, and she immediately was able to use the bathroom better. Not to be gross, but she was having issues, but not now. One of those pieces, probably the deep one, must've been on a nerve, or her intestines.
Keep the faith they'll get something lined up.One last effort we're waiting on. They had her lined up for home health, something happened at the last minute and it fell through. They're trying to get it lined up for treatment at our hospital for tomorrow. They won't release her until treatment is 100%lined up.
