I'll update in here. We had breakfast, pretty good. Went and got live bait and drove to a spot, but a good storm is passing through, gonna clear up soon. I'd be happy with about 10lbs of fish. Yesterday evening and today is for fun, to let him learn the area (cause we're probably going to come again), and to eat good. Tomorrow is what we're counting on for food, I want to catch redfish today, but I'll be happy with anything just for fun. I do have a gun on me at all times like this, I have around $300 cash, and I will tip good tomorrow. Though if we don't catch anything, I'll tip, but I may throw it at him .

This is where we were going earlier, but a good storm came. Wind was hard, lightning, thunder, water got choppy fast. While I'm ready to fish, I do love watching a storm over the water.

The second pic in the other thread (the fish from the top). Was that a finger mullet, and if so did it bite hook and line?

It may have been, I thought it was a croaker, but it looked a little different, and didn't croak. Whatever it was, it did bite a hook with dead shrimp.
