Is he even playing? What the hell did he even leave for? I'm not seeing him even playing tonight against Pacific and Arkansas is only up 66-61 late

He still has some nagging injuries from that grind down the stretch to the SEC title. They come to Knoxville early in the SEC schedule

Wouldn’t surprise me if he barely plays out of precaution until SEC play. He still wasn’t moving very well in limited minutes the last game. Not sure what the exact injury is (foot area apparently) but it’s taking a while to heal.

Arkansas plays Illinois on thanksgiving so if he isn’t close to full go by then it might be best to just keep resting him.

I hope for Jonas sake he can make a full recovery. He NEEDS to be playing every chance he gets. IMO only success during competition will cure what ails Jonas. However, I'm not sure the traumatic ending to his time with Vols can be easily overcome. IMO he can have great success against lesser competition (like he did with Vols) but when the lights are hot, the opposite is big and talented, and his team needs him....IMO Jonas simply wilts. I honestly hope he can overcome it.

Can't say as I miss Aidoo, but Tobe Awaka has become one of the top rebounders in the country since he transferred to AZ (averaging 12.3/game).
I would have liked for Awaka to have stayed he improved both yrs with Barnes..he always brought 💯 percent effort...
I hope he's getting paid NIL ...

I’ll say it. He might prove me to be a moran, it’s definitely happened b4.. but I have do and will question Awakas offensive ceiling. He’s a great defender and rebounder but cannot stuff it easily and other than rebound/garbage buckets and free throws is limited. Imo

Said that to say I’m in they upgraded w Igor and Felix camp. And that’s without what Dubar might contribute inside.
