I believe he wouldn’t be eligible this year as the transfer portal deadline was July 1st. Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I do believe from his stats that he wouldn’t be a bad pick up

Just looked it up and it says July 1st for Fall and Winter athletes. Odd time for someone to enter IMO.

Someone posted an article about how the portal just "rolled over" to next year and it listed numbers of players that have transferred. I think the number this year was roughly twice what it was last year..

Haha I dunno but scroll down the page and we were ranked 127th stable program out of 130 programs

A new qualification and expectation from successful college coaches is who can manage the retention of players as well as successfully poaching players from other teams. This may become as important as being good at recruiting HS players. The star system and recruiting rankings will become less important as this new situation evolves.
