This is what it's all about, gentlemen (and ladies). If you can prove to an athlete that they truly are prized by you, then that trust will (usually) reciprocate and good things happen.

That was one of the most positive things I have heard about Tennessee football in about 5 years

Dispatching 5 assistants to an awards ceremony, sounds like the staff isn't recruiting a football team, they are building a family of Orange and White.
