What's funny, if you look at the portal, we've lost like 4 walk-ons since the beginning of the year. So getting Gainey as a non-scholarship player would be great.

A guy who shot 49% from 3 as a Freshman is worth a walk on spot for sure.

But he shot 34% last year so not worth a scholly especially coming from the Big South.

We won’t know how this turns out till a year from now so all we can do is speculate. I am just hoping for the best and for Jordan to prove me wrong and be a major piece for this team.
