Scouting Report:
Strengths:
He plays the game with a lot of vigor. His motor, which never seems to stop, is a key component of the evaluation. Hart doesn't mind emptying the tank and he's not concerned how he gets it done. His body's thickened up some and depending on the style, could be a small forward or a shooting guard. He likes contact in the line and plays well in traffic. For a wing, he prides himself on being a good rebounder.
Weaknesses:
Because of his style of play and the way he attacks, his game is more about production than skill (and that's fine). To be a shooting guard, we'd like to see him shore up his handle and develop some type of definable perimeter game.
Bottom Line:
He'll begin the recruiting process as a tweener between strong mid-major programs and higher level teams. To ascend, he'll not only need to continue competing but develop his skill set.
