Main points.

- Saturday is a unique opportunity to honor Conredge Holloway
- Look forward to seeing 102k of our fans here on Saturday. It's the first opportunity for some of our guys to experience it.
- Squirrel, feel like we're in a good spot. The time left in the game is why he didn't return.
- The running backs are a selfless group and they understand the strength of the position is the group.
- The different guys we played at center, the communication, the offensive line did a really good job. There's a lot of things they need to clean up but really liked the performance.
-Could Dee Willams see time on offense? He's special with the ball in his hands. He'll continue to work at the corner spot. Like the way he responded to adversity.
- Beasley and Pili graded out really well. Pili got a game ball.
-Ollie Lane is smart. Cares about the program. Great teammate. Continues to change his body in the offseason and that's why he's playing his best football.
-Dayne Davis didn't take reps at center until Coop went down. He's really smart and communicate at a high level.
- Austin Peay will spread the field and use the RPO game. We have to do a good job on the perimeter.

I have always appreciated having a "tougher" opponent in Week 1 and then following up with a cupcake in Week 2, as opposed to the opposite. Gives you a chance to clean up mistakes better. Of course you could argue VA was a cupcake, but I like to view them more like a muffin.

Looking forward to Saturday, and I like the uniforms.

My only concern is the face he makes when he starts talking about Dayne transitioning to center. He looked apprehensive so I hope Cooper gets back ASAP.

I’m encouraged by him not making these issues out to be a big deal! Will be more encouraged if they can back it up with clean play on Saturday

love it, i'm ready to watch it. that place will be packed, even if we're playing a cupcake.

I really didn't see anything in his body language. He moved his hands to either side of the top of the podium and briefly looked down to make sure he got them placed properly. No real change in his expression.

Start at about 8:25, and a few seconds later you'll see a facial expression when he starts talking about "didn't know how he'd handle it."

He just looks a little uncertain how to express things for a bit then pops into coach mode.

I truly think you are reading something that is not there. Why are you looking so hard to find something to worry about. Could you tell a difference depending on which center was in the game. We rushed for nearly 300 yards and the only sacks that were allowed were by the more experienced linemen. They probably didn't know how they would handle it. They would not know until the first game. If he is taken out of the rotation this week, then I will see that you were right.

I may be and there's no way Dayne won't rotate in because there's no one else. The line did great and I'm not looking to worry, I just noticed Coach looked a little apprehensive about Dayne.

If you didn't see it, you didn't see it and that's fine with me. I'll just be glad when Cooper is over the ball again.
