why has Hart not talked to him and i as well think he would be better in college, and if drafting a two time champion and a ?Hiesman winner in tebow is bad who is a leader than i will take it he would light a fire in ut

+1. I am surprised we haven't heard a single peep about Gary Patterson. He should have been a no-brainer behind Gruden (who I think Hart funked that up too...balking at assistant salaries). However, I would consider Josh McDaniels a homerun hire...a younger Pete Carroll.

What about Raheem Morris as head coach? He seems to be a personality that could translate well to college. He has been a head coach in the NFL and is a defensive minded coach. Just a thought.

I thought about this guy today as well. I wish Hart would let me handle the search for a day. I would be making some phone calls. Whats it going to hurt?

I've been saying Josh McDaniels for a while now. I think he'd even be better than Bill O'brien...

He had a good 2nd year, and the ownership was so tight with their money, that it handcuffed the man. Definitely deserves a 2nd shot, INHO.

He'd be able to recruit like a Mo'Fo, best of all. Not having to worry about primadonna QB's getting their feelings hurt.
