Per Hubbs:

Tennesseee has somewhere around 70 guys here for the day. Obviously, the weather was terrible and some who said they were coming didn't make it.

The two biggest in-state guys in town were James Stone and Barry Brunetti. Barry told Austin Price that he really enjoyed getting to know the coaches more and isn't in any hurry, but he likes Tennessee alot. We will have a story on him in a bit.

Jacques Smith was here as well. Also tight end Brian Vogler from Georgia as well as Georgia standout Denzel McCoy. McCoy and his father made the trip and liked what they saw. He will research the Vols even more.

Also Storm Johnson was here and Kalen Davis from South Carolina was here.

We are trying to get more as I understand Lance Thompson had a good number of prospects here from Alabama.

Kiffin’s Tennessee staff ripping off shirts for recruiting | College Football Recruiting

After a few moments, Smith said the doors swung open and the Tennessee assistants ran into the room. “By now, three or four coaches had their shirts ripped off.” Smith said around 10 Tennessee players, including All-America defensive back Eric Berry of Atlanta and quarterback Jonathan Crompton, ran down from behind the recruits to meet the coaches on the floor. “Eric and the rest of the players were chanting ‘U-T, wild boys … U-T, wild boys … U-T wild boys.’” This time, prospects left their seats and joined the celebration. “We were all jumping up and down together, it was cool,” McCoy said.
