What? Have you not noticed over the past few years there is no such thing as academically ineligible? Not many good players in Juco these days.

Most of the best players in JUCO were transfers from D1. Now they just transfer to a different D1. Coaches who used to fill holes with JUCO players now just fill holes using the portal.

I am sure it is. I don’t see how it couldn’t. The transfer without penalty (sit out year) renders the JUCO route obsolete.
