he's right. they're less picky now than they will be in the future.

Kiffin wants guys who will play 3-4 yrs and then enter the draft. he's going to pursue more h.s. all-stars than JUCO guys. they want people in the system straight out of high school.

don't expect JUCO's to completely disappear, just don't expect as many as Fulmer brought in.
