Just hope we haven't talked ourselves into thinking we can be "cute" in this game. This is not going to be a beauty contest to see how fast we are, or a party for Tebow. This needs to be straight ahead, play to our strengths, grind it out football. Be close or ahead in the 4th Q and make a play to win it.

I think for the Gators to have a chance, they must jump out in front early.

Well, we've been doing that all year and then hanging on for dear life! Only comeback I can remember was versus UT.

But, I agree with you. If we can go up a score or two early, we might just inject a little doubt into the Buckeyes. I think right now they have all the confidence and we need to steal some of that away.

Tell you what, though, this is the third national championship game for UF in the last eleven years. Think about that. '95 season, '96 season, '06 season. And this is, if I am not mistaken, the first time we've been a considerable underdog. Kind of fun.

What time is kickoff, anyway? I saw on Fox where the coverage begins at 7:30PM EST, and I'm assuming that will be the pre-game...
